Last night we bid farewell to Pastor Terri and family, this morning she bid farewell to us.  

In her farewell sermon she provided 10 reasons why today is a good (great, or even most 
excellent) day.  In tribute to her, and without her knowing, a paraphrase of her words is 
provided here...

10. God is with us- all of us and all others too, please sense the presence of Christ in 
each and everyone.

9. God has chosen us to know that God is with us.

8. God has and will provide good to and for Christus Victor.

7. The journey is good- please be free and have courage to dream anew and envision 
what Christus Victor can be. 

6. Love is being experienced here at Christus Victor and God is Love.

5. People are being drawn to Christus Victor for many reasons, continue to embrace 
them.

4. Christus Victor has great staff and good leaders, continue to support them.

3. God has surprises in store- keep God in the process, whatever it may be.

2. For me to say thank you, I love you and goodbye.

1. It is a New Year, as Christ redeems, so it can be with a New Year.  Happy New Year.
